BIOGRAPHY
Meet Naomi Arin, a seasoned personal injury attorney with an impressive career in the legal arena that spans three decades. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington State, Naomi's expertise and dedication to her clients have earned her a stellar reputation in the field.
Naomi's legal journey began in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she honed her skills as an associate at Beckley Singleton Delanoy Jemison and List. During her five years with the firm, she worked as a defense attorney, gaining valuable experience in trial cases, coverage opinions, and handling complex matters that resulted in 9th Circuit Federal Court published opinions, specifically focusing on insurance-related issues. This early experience laid the groundwork for her future success.
However, Naomi's path took an exciting turn when she switched to the plaintiff's side, joining Parker Nelson and Arin. Here, she tirelessly advocated for individuals who had suffered injuries through no fault of their own.
Embracing her passion for Contemporary Art, Naomi simultaneously established Dust Gallery and Naomi Arin Contemporary Art, showcasing and selling contemporary artwork from around the world. This unique venture allowed her to balance her legal prowess with her love for the art.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Naomi later delved into the area of home preservation cases, responding to the unprecedented mortgage crisis that deeply affected many of her clients as homeowners in Clark County, Nevada. This demonstrated her commitment to not only seeking justice but also providing support to individuals facing challenging circumstances.
In 2016, Naomi and her husband Roger decided to embark on a new chapter, leaving the desert landscapes of Nevada for the picturesque beauty of Washington State. The majestic natural surroundings of Washington captivated them, making it the perfect place to call home.
Settling into the Pacific Northwest, Naomi joined LKLG, where she currently holds the position of Managing Associate. Her role centers around litigating personal injury cases, continuing her legacy of fighting for justice and ensuring that her clients' rights are protected.
With a passion for professional growth and excellence, Naomi holds memberships in several prominent legal organizations. She has been an esteemed member of the Washington State Bar since 2017 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the State Bar of Massachusetts, and the State Bar of Nevada.
